Each of our projects (website, software, ...) is designed with the same care, the same rules. In addition to follow a detailed schedule of milestones of achievements, we demand that our projects meet the requirements described below. This charter, which we designed, is free of law, and can be copied by anyone who wishes.
Reliability & Security
Before delivery, all our projects are tested repeatedly by several persons, in order to ensure reliable applications. Furthermore, we pledge to correct any malfunction that may occur after delivery, without time limits or extra charges. We also use all our skills and knowledge to achieve robust solutions without vulnerability.
Usability & Ergonomics
Our team of people gathering skills as a graphic designer, programmer and analyst, offers a graphical environment adapted and modified. We are at your disposal to create user interfaces in keeping with the logic and organization of your structure, because a good tool is an easy to use.
Transparency & Freedom
During the analysis and design of your project, we consult with you regularly to ensure that the project remains consistent with your expectations. Upon delivery of your project, we give you all the technical elements that we used to allow you to continue to work regardless of our services regardless of your reasons. Your data belong to you, you are not bound to Rapid Web.
Open formats & standards compliance
As often as possible, we work with free software tools (open source) and free to reduce design costs and maintenance. We respect the established standards (W3C, ...), which ensures interoperability, accessibility and sustainability of your tools.
Setting & independence
We put in place administrative tools that allow you to develop your own project. For example: addition / modification / deletion of product in your e-commerce site; change the working directory of your application, add / edit / remove for secure access for your employees or customers, ... No computer knowledge is required. You do this without changing your site to use our services.
Performance & robustness
We test your projects with large volumes of data on various machines to minimize load times and calculation, and thus increase their productivity.
